The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services ("RFPS") is to invite proposals for the development of e-learning courses on immunization in practice and updating of a web-based training record database or the National Immunization Program (NIP) of the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Cambodia as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex B.
