The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks to engage a qualified external IT Service Provider to support the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient information technology services at its Jordan Country Office in Amman. This assignment aims to ensure the continuity of IT operations, strengthen user support services, maintain compliance with organizational IT policies, and enhance coordination with regional and headquarters IT structures. The selected service provider will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day IT functions, facilitating communication between end users and central IT services, and contributing to the effective management of IT infrastructure, systems, and services. Subject to the availability of funds. The engagement shall be established through a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for an initial period of two (2) years, with the possibility of extension for an additional one (1) year, subject to satisfactory performance and the continued availability of funds.
