The works to be contracted focus on the interior demolition of the first floor of the ICTP Library, located in Grignano, Trieste. The intervention is part of a broader renovation project aimed at transforming the existing space into a modern, inclusive, and sustainable research and learning environment. The demolition works are essential to prepare the area for structural reinforcement, new installations, and fit-out phases. All works will be executed in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ), technical specifications, demolition drawings, and site plans provided. Execution must fully comply with the safety, environmental, and quality standards outlined in the contractual terms of UNESCO, as well as relevant national legislation.
