WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  Technical Support for the Development of a Regional Road Safety Action Plan (RSAP) in Northern Mindanao (Region X) The RSAP will serve as a roadmap for regional planning, implementation, monitoring, and advocacy. It is a contribution to WHO’s broader support to the Philippines in strengthening subnational road safety implementation, aligned with the Global Plan for the Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021–2030 and the Safe System Approach. Proven experience in the field of road safety, transport planning, injury prevention, and/or public health. Previous work with WHO, other international organizations and/or major institutions in the field of road safety, transport planning, injury prevention, and/or public health would be an advantage.
