WHO requires the successful bidder, to carry out comprehensive assessment of the structural integrity and seismic vulnerability of premises of the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO) at Ermita, Manila in compliance with applicable building codes/standards. The evaluation aims to determine the building's capacity to withstand seismic forces and to establish the appropriate hazard level for the structure, accounting for the characteristics of the ground/soil on which it stands.
