The project aims to contract a company with team of at least three (3) to five (5) coaches, competent in the EU or GB organic regulation and fairtrade standard requirements, to deliver efficient mentoring and coaching technical assistance to the selected ten (10) women-led enterprises (WLBs) in the shea sector, based in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and Niger state, Nigeria. The Contractor shall assess the level of compliance with the standards and develop the program to support WLBs to reach the necessary level of compliance.
