Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: This assignment involves the development of training content on cooperative statistics, aligned with the ILO Guidelines concerning Statistics of Cooperatives (2018) and subsequent updates. Two modules will be produced: (i) a general introduction for a broad audience to raise awareness of cooperative concepts, their global distribution, and the importance of reliable statistics; and (ii) a technical module for statisticians and practitioners, divided into 3–5 sub-modules on cooperative classification, measurement of work and economic contribution, data collection and analysis, and practical application of the Guidelines. Each module will provide approximately one hour of structured learning, incorporating infographics, case studies, and knowledge checks. Tasks include a desk review, preparation of module outlines, drafting and revising content, and ensuring final deliverables are pedagogically sound, accessible, and ready for conversion into an ITC-ILO e-learning course. Additional outputs cover multimedia assets, promotional materials, and a user-friendly guide for trainers and stakeholders. The work forms part of the project “Strengthening SSE Knowledge Base – Phase 2,” funded by the Ministry of Employment and Labour of the Republic of Korea. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
