The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) will soon launch a competitive solicitation process for the commercial sale and disposal of various surplus assets located at its premises in Brindisi, Italy. The solicitation will also include details regarding a scheduled site visit to inspect the items at the UNGSC premises in Brindisi, Italy. Participation in the site visit is optional, and all related costs shall be borne by the bidders. Please note that all assets are offered for sale on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales will be considered final. Certain items, due to their sensitive nature, will be subject to disposal by destruction in the presence of UN personnel and will therefore be sold strictly as scrap material.
