Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for three junior consultants to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Transition to Formality Program (TFP) is implemented by the ILO Office for Türkiye and Social Security Institution (SGK). This incentive programme includes administrative and financial support for employers to apply for work permits and covers social security contributions for up to six months. The main goal of the TFP is to create and retain formal jobs. To support the effective implementation of the TFP, the ILO Office for Türkiye will assign a Project Support Team composed of consultants (one senior consultant and three junior consultants) based in Ankara to provide technical assistance and support daily programme operations. In this context, the ILO Office for Türkiye seeks to engage three junior consultants as an external collaborator, who will be based at the SGK premises in Ankara. The junior consultants will operate under the overall supervision of the ILO Project Manager and Social Protection Officer and the direct supervision of the SGK Project Implementation Unit and the senior consultant.
