To ensure the safety and security of its assets and staff, UNICEF recognises the need for a comprehensive electrical assessment of all its occupied premises. This assessment is crucial to identify any potential electrical hazards, evaluate the current electrical systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. The purpose of this RFP is to engage with a qualified consultant firm to conduct the power audit and make recommendations for rectification works. The electrical audit will cover all aspects of the electrical infrastructure, including but not limited to power supply sources, distribution systems, circuit protection, wiring systems, lighting, and backup power solutions. The assignment aims to evaluate the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the electrical systems to minimise risks and optimise energy consumption across all facilities occupied by UNICEF. The primary purpose of the TOR attached with the RFP is to outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, and responsibilities associated with the Electricity Assessment for UNICEF Premises and Supervision of Implementation work.
