Eligibility Criteria Vendors MUST enclose the following mandatory documents (i) Evidence of UNGM registration (Registration Number). (ii) Acceptance on UNRWA General Conditions of Contract for Procurement of Services (iii) Licensed money transfer service provider authorized to operate in Syria (iv) This tender is addressed only to Syrian Financial Service Providers. (v) Bidder to provide UNRWA a Bid bond for the amount SYP 5,000,000.00 either through certified cheque or in the form of bank guarantee
