Interested bidders are required to submit their offers no later than 20 October 2025 at 23:59 hrs Syrian Standard Time. Site Visit: Due to the shortened tender validity period, the site visit date has also been rescheduled. The site visit will now take place on 14 October 2025 at 11:00 hrs Syrian Standard Time.
