The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies/individuals to submit proposals to conduct the Evaluation of the UNESCO/Flanders trust fund for the support of UNESCO’s activities in the field of cultural and natural heritage. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the performance of the Trust Fund modality and cooperation mechanisms between UNESCO and the Government of Flanders during the period of 2020-2025, and to draw lessons learned and recommendations to inform future cooperation between UNESCO and the Government of Flanders. The time schedule for the evaluation is planned between May to November 2026. It is mandatory that none of the members of the evaluation team have been previously involved in the implementation of the activities under review. The evaluation assignment is estimated to require approximately 50 - 60 professional working days, including up to two missions, if required, one of which should be to UNESCO Headquarters.
