Description of the Assignment:  National Consultant working as Team Member to develop and deliver gender-responsive training for commune-level disaster response teams and first responders to strengthen inclusive preparedness and response capacities for the Project "Life-saving response and inclusive early recovery for typhoons Bualoi and Matmo". Period of assignment/services:  25 workdays from April - August 2026Duty station: Ha Noi, Viet Nam, with required travel to Cao Bang and Thai Nguyen provinces.   Women are encouraged to bid.
