The consultant is expected to develop a GEDSI strategy, which shall inform how the needs and perspectives of women, persons with disabilities and other marginalised groups in Fiji can be integrated into planned activities and process of the SILS project. The strategy shall ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion are adequately reflected in project outcomes.
