SUBJECT OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS The International Criminal Police Organization – INTERPOL with headquarters at 200 quai Charles de Gaulle, 69006 Lyon, France is launching an open call for tenders with a view to the conclusion and execution of one or several contract(s), for the provision of the supply, installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance of ballistic equipment in Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania and South Sudan. The Organization’s needs are further described in the Technical Specifications. PROCEDURE 1. The Specifications detailing the submission procedure, administrative specifications, financial specifications and technical specifications may be downloaded from INTERPOL’s e-tendering platform https://procurement-icpo.safetender.com 2. Only the English version of the Specifications shall be available. 3. The Organization shall receive the applications on 4 September 2025, 17:00 CET at the latest. 4. Questions regarding administrative, legal and technical details may be posted on the e-tendering platform https://procurement-icpo.safetender.com. Questions sent after 27 August 2025, 17:00 CET shall not be taken into account.
