Please read and follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your submission is compliant. Reference Requirement Bidders must include the reference number LITB-2025-9198463 clearly in the subject line of their offer and on all related documents. Proposal Form Bidders are required to complete and sign the Proposal Form (Pages 3–5). In the questionnaire section, if you answer “NO” to any question, please provide a detailed explanation. Submission Deadline Offers must be received no later than 11:00 AM (Ulaanbaatar time), 31 July 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 24.07.2025 11:00 (Mongolian time).
