Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will support the implementation of labour migration governance activities in Ghana under the FMM West Africa II programme. The assignment includes providing technical support to the review of the national Labour Migration Policy, organizing stakeholder consultations and workshops on gender and fair recruitment, supporting the launch of regional tools, and contributing to the finalization of analytical reports. The consultant will also facilitate coordination among national and regional stakeholders, including workers’ organizations, and support cross-border initiatives.
