Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) - National Consultant National Consultant to provide technical support to the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security (MoLESS) in the development of Bilateral Labour Migration Agreements (BLMAs)/ Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with destination countries and development of implementation protocol for exiting labour agreements Project Title:    Migrants Rights and Decent Work Project (MiRiDeW), Phase II Purpose Provide technical support to the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security in documenting, drafting and developing bilateral labour migration agreements or memorandum of understanding with countries of destinations together with assisting in negotiation of terms and conditions. Drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) or protocols for the implementation of BLMA/MoUs already signed with countries of destination (Germany, Romania and Japan). Development of a Standard Operating Procedure (SoP) for signing the BLMA/MoUs with countries of destinations on labour migration. The objective of the SoP is to guide the relevant government line ministries in Nepal involved in the BLMA/MOU signing processes with countries of destinations.
