EN FRANÇAIS L'Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des manifestations d'intérêt en vue du lancement prochain d'une demande de prix pour le remplacement des fenêtres dans le bâtiment A-B, au niveau -1, dans un local A179 dédié à l'atelier des mécaniciens situé au Palais des Nations à Genève (Suisse). Les prestations comprennent: - Le démontage de huit (8) fenêtres existantes (cadre et verre) ; - Le tri, l’évacuation et l’élimination des fenêtres déposées et de l’ensemble des déchets hors de l'ONUG, conformément aux réglementations environnementales en vigueur dans le Pays Hôte et du Canton de Genève (y compris la gestion des éventuels polluants du bâtiment) ; - La fourniture et la pose de huit (8) nouvelles fenêtres ; - La mise en place des ouvrages provisoires, équipements, moyens de protection et matériels nécessaires à la bonne exécution des travaux ; - Le démontage complet des installations en fin d'intervention, l'enlèvement de l'ensemble du matériel, équipements, protections, ainsi que la remise en état et le nettoyage complet des lieux. Les fenêtres à fournir et à poser seront en acier, avec rupture de pont thermique, et équipées d’un double vitrage isolant de type P4A, conformément aux caractéristiques et aux normes en vigueur (SIA, SN EN). Veuillez noter que cet appel à manifestation d'intérêt ne constitue pas une sollicitation contractuelle. Seules les entreprises considérées comme qualifiées par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services seront invitées à participer à la demande de prix. IN ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest in view of the forthcoming launch of the request for quotation for the replacement of eight (8) windows in the A-B Buidlding, at -1 level, in the A179 room dedicated to the mechanics workshop in Palais des Nations in Geneva (Switzerland). The services shall include: - The dismantling and removal of eight (8) existing windows (frame and glass); - The sorting, removal, transportation and disposal off site of the dismantled windows and all related waste, in accordance with the environmental regulations in force in the Host Country and Canton of Geneva (including management of any potential building pollutants); - The supply and installation of eight (8) new windows; - The installation of temporary structures, equipment, protective measures and materials necessary for the proper execution of the works; - The complete dismantling of all site installations at the end of the works, removal of all equipment, materials, protections, and full cleaning and reinstatement of the work areas; The windows to be supplied and installed shall be made of steel with thermal break and be fitted with double insulating glaze type P4A, in compliance with applicable standards (SIA, SN EN); This Request for Expressions of Interest does not constitute a solicitation or a contractual commitment. Only companies deemed qualified by UNOG will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Quotation. All responses will be treated in strict confidence. Il fournira un extrait de son enregistrement au registre du commerce (ou un document équivalent d'enregistrement officiel); 2. La personne de contact principal sera un responsable habilité par l'adjudicataire et salarié de l'adjudicataire, et fracophone et/ou anglophone. IN ENGLISH 1. The bidder must be a company specialized in the field of services to be provided and must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in carrying out similar works. An extract from the Commencial Register (or equivalent official registration document) shall be provided by the bidder. 2. The main contact person shall be a duly authorized, representative of the awarded contractor, employed by the contractor, and Fluent in French and/or English.
