The primary objective is to provide technical advisory and knowledge generation to the Joint Programme of Bappenas and UNDP in the implementation of the Global Accelerator on Jobs and Inclusive Growth, specifically in relation to the Affirmative Entrepreneurship Card (KUA) Programme and its integration with the Just Energy Transition (JET) agenda. The Consultant will be responsible for contributions to the following technical domains:1) Evidence-Based Strategic Analysis and Beneficiary Mapping of the KUA – JET2) Technical Design of the KUA-JET Nexus3) Institutional Governance and Stakeholder Coordination4) Strategic Policy Advocacy and Knowledge Management5) KUA – JET Programme Monitoring and Sustainability FrameworksPeriod of assignment/services: 100 working days within 6 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
