1. Provide an overview of return and labour market reintegration for migrant workers from Philippines 2. Describe the key features of return and reintegration policies and frameworks, including labour market reintegration, social protection, skills’ recognition systems, and reintegration support in times of crises. 3. Assess the effectiveness of reintegration programmes in relation to their impact on migrant workers including accessibility, outcomes, costs (for migrant workers), and decent work opportunities in the domestic labour market for returning migrant workers (gender analysis to be included) 4. Identify challenges and lessons learned with respect to labour migration, return and reintegration of workers.
