Establish the Somali Government Portal by deploying an open source “Content Management System'' based on the GovStack approach. The solution is enabling the development of a catalog of government services grouped according to life events and standardize the digital experience for citizens accessing information (content) on government services presented by providing a ‘service sheet’ where content for each service is written in a simple and accessible manner to facilitate understanding of the pre-requisites needed to access a service. An open-source CMS (Typo3) is already deployed and available online. The objective of this assistance is to extend the use of the CMS to develop additional government websites and build capacities of local public and private companies to maintain and sustain the government web portal.
