UNSSC is committed to implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction of services offered through its Learning Management System (LMS). To achieve this, the Staff College seeks to procure services for ISO 9001:2015 certification audit and annual verification for a period of 3 years. An accredited external certification body will conduct the ISO 9001:2015 certification audits in accordance with International Accreditation Forum (IAF) standards and ISO/IEC 17021:2015 requirements.
