The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested companies/ bodies for the establishment of a contract for the provision of Office Maintenance Services to BINUH in Port-au-Prince (Haiti) on a "as and when required" basis. The building maintenance works to be undertaken by the Contractor under this contract shall include (but not be limited to): • Painting works. • Repair of broken windows and doors including frames. • Repair of Broken glass. • Replacement of door locks and hinges • Maintenance of metal grills and utilities • Repair of floor or pavement cracks and floor treatment. • Repair of ceilings and roofing. • Leakage repairs • Repair of stairs and handrails • Fence and metal gate repair works • Additions/alterations to suit special requirements. The specifications of the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation, BINUH reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicition when issued.
