The WFP Global Rapid Response team seeks to purchase from interested firms with proven capabilities and demonstrated performance in manpower services requirements to express their interest in pre-qualification to participate in a competitive bidding process for the provision of manpower services at various locations across the globe. Firms interested in bidding for this tender must demonstrate the following:           Meet the manpower requirements of international companies across a range of sectors/disciplines including logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, transport management, retail management, fleet management, port captains, customs experts, civil engineers, health supply chain experts, enumerators, field monitors, data collectors etc. Ability to deploy in the shortest time frame in hardship complex environment e.g. war zones, natural disasters affected areas etc. Have demonstrable and robust HR information management systems. Meet all legal requirements about provision of manpower services. Capacity to invest in building awareness and capacity of an international and local workforce. Capacity and experience in the delivery of manpower supply services to international and private sector companies. Confirmation on requested insurance coverage. Confirmation on requested internal security clearances procedures.
