The objective of this contract is to engage a consultant to conduct a gap analysis of the Republic of Marshall Islands legislative framework around the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29) and the national legal framework in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. The outcome will identify gaps and areas where the Republic of the Marshall Islands may address to move towards consistency with International Labour Standards.
