It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Consultancy Services for Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.   In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified firms.     ******************* Brief Scope of Work   The International Criminal Court (ICC or the Court) is seeking to identify interested companies able to provide the service sought to eventually launch a competitive tender that will enable the ICC to purchase the subject services.   The Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) aims to enhance its strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. This initiative seeks to align the organization's activities with its strategic goals, ensure effective monitoring of progress, and evaluate outcomes to inform future planning. The primary focus is to provide a framework for the development and drafting of the OTP’s strategic plans and to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for the current strategic plan.
