IOM Afghanistan invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) to deliver nationwide Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) services. The selected vendor(s) will conduct independent data collection and verification activities, including surveys, FGDs, and KIIs across multiple program areas and provinces. The solicitation is divided into two lots. Eligibility: Only companies with a valid Afghanistan business license may submit proposals.
