Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The work comprises preparing a costing report for the inclusion of self-employed workers in the pension programme managed the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) while training a selected team of specialists designated by the RSSB on the deployment of the ILO/PENSIONS model. The work covers the following steps: identification, collection and validation of input data, modelling the RSSB pension scheme, generating a calibrated baseline scenario and projecting policy scenarios for the inclusion of self-employed, interpretation and drafting of a technical note, training the RSSB team in the use of ILO/PENSIONS.
