The United Nations World Food Programme hereinafter referred to as the “WFP”, with its Headquarters located in Via C.G. Viola, 68/70, 00148 Rome, Italy is the leading humanitarian organization saving lives and changing lives, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience by assisting close to 120 million people in more than 120 countries and territories each year. WFP’s efforts focus on emergency assistance, relief and rehabilitation, development aid and special operations. Two-thirds of our work is in conflict-affected countries where people are three times more likely to be undernourished than those living in countries without conflict. Almost 21,000 people work for the organization, most of them in remote areas, directly serving the hungry poor.  The World Food Programme (WFP) Sudan is issuing an Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify qualified suppliers capable of delivering two key services in the following categories: Catering Services Conference facility services/Event management (for meetings, workshop, etc.)   Please specify in the response to the EOI whether your company is able to provide services in one or both of the above categories.
