Support ERP System Implementation and Scaling Assist in replicating and expanding ERP systems in new locations (e.g., East Java and Sulawesi), focusing on capturing main operational processes such as sales, purchases, production, inventory, and financial flows among value-chain actors, including smallholder farmers. This assistance include conducting gap analysis of existing processes, facilitating vendor selection, actively monitoring development progress to ensure optimal results, and evaluating system performance. B. Support Digital Transformation to BPR partners Provide technical advisory and implementation support to selected rural bank (BPR) partners in several locations such as East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, and Sulawesi to enhance their digital capabilities, enabling better services for MSMEs. The support includes perform gap analysis of BPR’s digital infrastructure, processes, and capacity; Ensure the initiative align with BPR’s digital transformation roadmaps; Facilitate Vendor Selection; Monitor Implementation and Evaluate Impact. C. Coordination and Reporting Provide strategic input, actionable recommendations, and regular coordination to the ILO PROMISE 2 IMPACT project team, working closely with the National Project Coordinator to ensure smooth implementation.
