Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Team Leader for an independent mid-term evaluation of the Agroforestry Skills for Employment and Resilience Project. The Team Leader will be responsible for designing and leading the evaluation process, including developing the evaluation methodology, preparing the inception report, designing data collection tools, overseeing data collection activities, analysing and synthesizing findings, and drafting all evaluation deliverables. These deliverables include the inception report, draft evaluation report, and final evaluation report.
