CTP seeks to establish a non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement with one or more qualified executive search / headhunting firms to support the identification, outreach, screening and shortlisting of candidates for senior managerial, technical, specialist, hard-to-fill or strategically relevant positions, on an as-needed basis. Services will be activated through specific Purchase Orders or contracts.
