Country: Eswatini Description of the Assignment:The consultant will undertake the following responsibilities:Conduct a situational analysis of youth development in Eswatini including mapping existing youth initiatives and identify gaps that can be complimented by the roll out of this program.Within the situational analysis ensure a focused analysis from a gender and inclusion perspective.Develop a comprehensive programme including budget estimates, implementation timelines, Terms of Reference for the Eswatini Chapter Technical Committte; Monitoring and Evaluation plan, and sustainability mechanisms informed by stakeholder engagement.Ensure that gender and PWD priorities are integrated within the programmeAlign the Eswatini Youth Connekt programme components with Youth Connekt Africa pillars in alignment with the National Youth Policy; National Development Plan and other youth related development priorities for Eswatini.
