WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  Develop an all-hazards preparedness plan, conduct training, and facilitate community Disaster Risk Management (DRM) preparedness and response plan for Global Environment Facility (GEF) Supported Islands on South Tarawa, Onotoa, Beru, Banaba and Kiritimati Islands selected communities. The contractor will assist the GEF Project Management Team in implementing the following activities: 1.       Submit a detailed work plan for all activities, including timelines and estimated costs. Costs should include airfare and per diem for facilitators from MHMS and other government agencies (if required), venue hire, catering, transportation for participants and facilitators, stationery, and other necessary expenses. 2.       Develop all‑hazards preparedness and response plans relevant to the Kiribati context in coordination with NDMO. 3.       Conduct community disaster risk management training for selected communities in South Tarawa, Beru, Onotoa, Banaba, and Kiritimati Islands. 4.       Facilitate participatory community DRM preparedness and response planning for selected communities. 5.       Submit a final technical and financial report.
