In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Introduction The International Criminal Court (ICC) is a permanent international court established to investigate, prosecute, and try individuals accused of committing the most serious crimes of concern to the international community. In this context, the Information Management Services Section (IMSS), under the direct supervision of the Director of Judicial Services (DJS), supports the court’s mandate through, among others, managing and maintaining the server side operating system and open-source database technical environment. High level description of requirement 1.         SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 16/xx subscriptions for all targeted VMs (currently hosted on VMware). One per VM or per vCPU bundle (depending on SUSE licensing model) 2.         Ubuntu Pro Subscription licenses for all targeted VMs (currently hosted on VMware) 3.         PostgreSQL Support license for Percona 4.         PostgreSQL Support license for Patroni 5.         Appropriate support tier (Standard or Priority). PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA – companies must fill this as part of the EOI submission to be potentially considered for an eventual tender process   Prequalification criteria Company response (yes/no) The solution/service must be available in the Netherlands, and the provider must be an EU-registered company.   The company must hold a SEPA account and must be able to invoice the ICC in EUR   _________________________________________________________________________________________ Interested firms/organizations should also complete the ICC online vendor registration at  https://www.icc-cpi.int/get-involved/Pages/Vendors.aspx.   Interested firms/organizations registered with the UN Global Marketplace, please indicate your vendor registration number.
