Scope of Services The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) Sudan would like to invite interested parties and registered service providers, who meet the below requirements for the provision of the Stevedoring services. The service provider will be responsible for the efficient discharge of food items, Ex free – out. This includes but not limited to:   Bagged food items ranging from 10 kg to 50 kg. Carton packages ranging from 5 kg to 50 kg. Handling of goods whether palletized or stripped. The service must be available 24/7, including holidays, ensuring continuous operations without interruption.   Below are the minimum requirements:   A letter showing company’s interest. Company’s profile (background), including contact details (e-mail, website, address/physical location, telephone, fax numbers). Copies of the company’s business registration certificate and valid licences from relevant regulating authorities to provide the service in Sudan. Bank certificate, and back statements. Copy of the company’s VAT Registration Certificate/Identification Number. Chamber of Shipping registration certificate. At least two references of major clients.
