Special notes: 2) The bidder is required to submit all relevant supporting documents that demonstrate the supplies were obtained through official and authorized channels. 3) All goods quoted must be authentic, genuine, brand new and sealed with the original carton. Bidder must not supply any goods that are counterfeit, imitation, refurbished or otherwise non-genuine. In the event that any non-genuine goods are supplied, UNICEF shall have the right to reject such goods and seek appropriate remedies. 4) The vendor must provide after-sales services, including but not limited to maintenance, repairs, and technical support. A service center that is adequately staffed and equipped must be available to handle any service requests promptly. 5) Commercial offer for items should include all cost with delivery to named locations in Sana’a and Aden # DDP (Sana’a, Yemen) and DDP (Aden, Yemen). A vendor is required to deliver to the destinations addresses that will be provided by UNICEF. 6)Supplier must fill out the attached Annex B for the prices and required information. 7) Bidders must be registered in Yemen. 8)The completed and signed Bid Form must be submitted together with the Bid.
