The purpose of this tender is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to establish LTAs (Long Term Arrangements for Services) for the provision of a comprehensive Email Deliverability Tool with features such as IP monitoring, global view, domain and subdomain monitoring (DMARC), seed list management, email list verification, inbox placement and spam trap detection. The LTAs will initially be valid for up to three years, with the possibility of extension for up to two years on the basis of satisfactory performance and continued need.
