The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking a qualified NGO or INGO to implement a project aimed at promoting work-based learning (WBL) opportunities for vulnerable Syrian youth and adults in Aleppo City and Saffireh (Eastern Rural Aleppo). The initiative focuses on linking practical skills training with labour market demands through apprenticeships in key sectors such as construction, agri-food, and garment production. The project will be implemented from 01 July to 31 December 2025 and will engage at least 85 beneficiaries, while also training 30 contractors and supporting the capacity development of 5 enterprises, with a focus on gender equality and inclusion of persons with disabilities. Interested and eligible organizations are invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals in line with the Terms of Reference (ToR).
