Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The general objective of the assignment is to contribute to the drafting, presentation and finalization of the Implementation Plan (IP) of the NES based on the contributions received from all national stakeholders involved and in alignment with the recent country’s “Narrative for Economic Development”. More specifically, the National expert will provide direct technical support to draft the Pillars 2 (Skills) and 4 (Job quality) and provide quality assurance on the overall RF, ensuring its consistency with the ILO guidelines and national expectations.
