Dear Prospective Bidder: You are invited to submit a proposal for RFP/PAK/WHO/PROC/2025/047 – Acquiring of services for the Maintenance and Repair of UPS and Generator installed in WHO offices in Pakistan, in accordance with the attached documents: RFP -  Request for Proposals document Appendix 1 - Terms of Reference Appendix 2 -  Financial Proposal Appendix 3 -  List of Generators and UPS   This RFP is open to institutions engaged in the field of Repair and Maintenance Services of Generators and UPS unit in Pakistan. TIMELINE The WHO Team will respond in writing (via email only) to any request for clarification of the RFP that it receives till 18 November 2025 at [email protected]  A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the RFP. Proposals must be sent in two sealed envelopes to WHO office, in two distinct parts: Technical Proposal Financial Proposal as specified in section 1 and 2 of the RFP/PAK/WHO/PROC/2025/047 no later than 24 November 2025, 16: 00 hours, (Pakistan) time to the address specified in para 4.7 in the RFP document.
