Country: Rwanda Description of the Assignment: Recruitment of an International & National Individual Consultant as AI & ML Infrastructure Assessment Expert  Period of assignment/services: 45 working days over 3 calendar months UNDP is seeking a  consultant to support RRA  whose main objective of the consultancy is to: Assess and document the demand coming from business vertical e.g. use cases, opportunities etc.Assess the current RRA ICT and data infrastructure in relation to AI and machine learning readiness.Identify technical and organizational gaps that limit AI adoption.Propose a scalable, secure, and future-ready infrastructure architecture (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid).Provide a detailed implementation roadmap, resource plan, and budget.Recommend governance, security, and operational frameworks required to support AI/ML solutions sustainably.Proposals  should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
