Recruitment of a firm or organization for conducting research and diagnostics on working conditions and social protection coverage in digital labour platforms in Cambodia. A contract for services will be awarded to the selected firm or organization.  The proposal must be submitted in two separate files, encompassing the technical and financial proposals.
