The consultant will reorganize the existing background paper based on the feedback received from different stakeholders (other UN entities, OPDs, etc.) to produce a guidance document of max. 25 pages with three country-specific annexes of max. 5 pages each. The revised document will be presented by the consultant at a validation/awareness webinar where additional feedback will be received and incorporated to become the final version of the guidance document.
