Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment focuses on facilitating the 2025 PROSPECTS MEL Sessions in Egypt (28–30 September), ensuring smooth, outcome-oriented discussions that foster collective reflection, learning, and adaptive programming. The consultant will prepare by reviewing MEL and programme documents, engaging stakeholders to refine the agenda, and designing interactive tools, before leading the sessions and drafting the MEL Outcome Document, which will capture the discussion results, including, though not limited to, key lessons, programme adjustments, and agreed follow-up actions.
