Subject:  DKE encryption solution for M365   Date of this EOI:                                             27 November 2024         Closing date of this EOI:                             5 December 2024   Reference Number:                                    ICC EOI 132953   Address EOI for the attention of:                 ICC Procurement, [Tender 6]   E-mail address:                                          [email protected]   It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of an encryption solution suitable for integrating with Microsoft M365 DKE.   In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified firms.     ******************* Brief Scope of Work for DKE encryption solution for M365   The International Criminal Court (ICC or the Court) is seeking to identify interested companies able to provide the service sought to eventually launch a competitive tender that will enable the ICC to purchase services for the encryption of digital data processed and stored in Microsoft’s “M365” solutions.   The Court seeks the services of an established vendor who has extensive experience in the provision of encryption and key management technologies, specifically for Cloud solutions, and in particular for Microsoft M365.   The vendor may offer services in the form of a (Cloud) Hardware Security Module, or of a Managed Service (so-called “HSMaaS”).   Responding vendors need to demonstrate the ability to provide the services to meet the basic requirements specified in this EOI.   The Tender will be awarded based on the ability of the vendor to provide a competitively priced solution to the ICC and the assessed capacity to meet requirements outlined in a more detailed Scope of Work (to be issued after EOI).   Objective (basic requirements) The main objective of this project is to support the encryption of sensitive digital data stored and processed in M365 solutions.   Specifically, the selected solution or service will: Afford robust key management capabilities Be built on technologies and services that are completely located within the European Union Integrate tightly with M365 solutions using Double Key Encryption (DKE) Enforce strong data encryption to current industry standards Require minimal management and administration overhead for the ICC Be transparent for end users.   Commencement of the agreement The Court anticipates that the solution will be implemented in Q1 2025.   *******************   IMPORTANT Vendors interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should complete and submit an online Supplier Registration at: https://marketdojo.com/icc-suppliers/   NOTE: Please do not send any offers or price quotations as a response to this Request for EOI.   Interested firms/organizations should forward their Expression of Interest by e-mail to [email protected]  Please use the attached form.
