Country:   Viet Nam Description of the Assignment: A qualified National Consultant to conduct a report on the 10-year review of the implementation of the 2014 Family and Marriage Law Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  August - December 2025 The assignment covers key objectives and specific outputs therein, namely: 1/ Evaluate the implementation of selected provisions of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family, specifically regarding:·        Marriage-related issues·        Marital property·        Disputes over parentage·        Divorce-related matters2/ Identify and explore emerging legal areas that require further research and legal development, including but not limited to some issues such as legal separation or same-sex marriage. 3/ Propose concrete recommendations for improving the legal framework and enhancing the effectiveness of law enforcement in the area of marriage and family law.Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
