Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will support the International Labour Organization (ILO) in providing technical assistance to the Government of Bangladesh and social partners to advance Just Transition implementation under Bangladesh’s Third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0). The assignment will support ILO-led engagement with Government counterparts on the development of Just Transition–related inputs to the NDC 3.0 Implementation Plan, the formulation of a National Just Transition Policy and accompanying Action Plan, and the review of monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) arrangements to track Just Transition commitments. Under the technical leadership of the ILO, the consultant will provide technical inputs, coordination support, and facilitation assistance, including maintaining technical liaison with relevant Government institutions; supporting the organization and documentation of inclusive, tripartite and multi-stakeholder consultations; and consolidating consultation outcomes and Government feedback into draft technical inputs prepared through ILO-led processes.
